Recently my wheelchair bound Dad who lives in Swords Co Dublin was making his way to visit Tim Shannon Solicitor, when Mr Shannon happened to see my Dad on the other sid of the main street. My Shannon went out of his way to stop the traffic on Swords Main Street in an effort to allow my Dad a safe passage across the very busy street at the time. He them helped my Dad into his office. My Dad was delighted to received such first class service from Tim Shannon's kindness and effort to go a 'that extra mile', was very much appreciated by me also as I know only too well how difficult it can be at times for my Dad to get around.
